And I have at least played it once after buying it, which is more than I can say for a lot of the other WW2 rules I have bought. So from that perspective, it is a winner.

I am not sure that the big glossy rules are a trend or not. There certainly have been a lot of them in the last few years but wonder if that is just that production costs make them more affordable to publish now (i.e. $50 rather than $100 that it may have been in the past). Who knows?Shaun Travershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05691522858410783769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8394777082320559161.post-20033519001563764482013-05-15T17:45:01.668+10:002013-05-15T17:45:01.668+10:00While artificial to me, and it may not be as I hav...While artificial to me, and it may not be as I have not been a soldier, it does portray the difference between suppressive fire and aimed fire quite well. So it has that going for it.Shaun Travershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05691522858410783769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8394777082320559161.post-47332733970742435392013-05-15T02:07:00.285+10:002013-05-15T02:07:00.285+10:00Interesting. They seem to be going towards high production value but I wonder if the game is really worth it in the end.Seanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15428727065347379281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8394777082320559161.post-69216660453877697402013-05-12T12:42:49.350+10:002013-05-12T12:42:49.350+10:00Choosing between aimed and surpression fire seems ...Choosing between aimed and surpression fire seems a little artificial to me as well.John Lambsheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04598696442104566164noreply@blogger.com
